"As for chargebacks, we’ve come up with an evaluation to determine the cost of offices and fixed those prices. Each week we run an ARCHIBUS report that now gives accurate information on the amount of office square footage assigned to particular groups or activities. From there, we have additional tools to manage facility asset cost through an integrated Web-based chargeback application."
