Power Your Back-to-Work Strategy with the Latest Archibus Release
Archibus V25.2 is here, with new functions to support your back-to-work planning and implementation.
In addition to module, user interface, and platform enhancement updates, Archibus now offers back-to-work features that include the ability to:
- Manage employee work schedules and status
- Assign employees to safe seats
- Easily select hotel desks
- Auto-schedule cleanings
- View a customized back-to-work home page
And we can’t forget about the existing Archibus Condition Assessment, Emergency Preparedness, and Health & Safety modules that can also help you effectively and responsibly manage your return to the workplace.
Our new version allows users to distinguish between employees in move projects from those that have already been assigned to a floor. They can also customize their Workplace user interface to match their brand colors. Other improvements include the ability to define layer defaults in application parameters and retain layer selections when switching floors on the Space Console. We’ve also updated the central/local model management for Revit, which helps you improve the workflow for model users of different disciplines, reduce duplication of effort for multiple users, and provide seamless syncing of local model changes to a central file.
The new Planning & Enablement features are included in the V25.2 release, so customers with a V25 Space, Reservations, and Maintenance license have automatic access. Customers with a V24 license may purchase the bundle separately. With Planning & Enablement, users can denote which employees will be working remotely, as well as those working certain days of the week along with the employee’s current status. Users can also validate social distancing when assigning employees to seats by highlighting rooms by status or using the filter to view vacancies by day, employee days in the office, and return to work information. Employees can book hotel desks and report any problems they may encounter while at their reserved desk. And to help with new disinfection protocols, cleanings can be auto-scheduled before a room or desk is made available for use.
The Full Phase Support bundle includes Planning & Enablement features and gives users access to a Dynamic Workplace home page that includes all relevant back-to-work information in one centralized view. In addition, the bundle allows users to easily track COVID-19 cases, identify trends, provide reporting, and associate incidents with locations and personnel using the Health & Safety module. The Emergency Preparedness module quickly accesses accurate data to make critical decisions related to the well-being of employees and organizes information to implement new plans and expedite insurance claims. And the Condition Assessment module helps prioritize problems, associate costs with corrective measures, and establish closed loop assessments and resolution process costs.
