Asset Management | Online – June 2 – 3, 2020
Designed for asset managers responsible for managing and operating equipment and other assets. Participants will learn to develop equipment standards and naming conventions and develop an inventory of assets using the latest Archibus asset applications. They will learn how to use the Asset Lifecycle and Registration Consoles and related mobile apps to keep their inventory up-to-date. They will learn how to take the additional steps of developing a hierarchy of systems and to identify assets near their ‘end-of-life’. If time permits, the instructor will review the capabilities of related asset functionality useful for planning asset acquisitions (project proposals), surveying and inspecting assets (surveys and assessments), or managing regulatory requirements (compliance).
