Building Operations & Management | Online – May 11 – 13, 2020
Designed for asset managers responsible for maintaining and operating equipment and other assets. Participants will receive an overview of the capabilities of the Building Operations domain as well as learn to develop the appropriate background data for managing work types, work teams and contractors. They will learn how to manage reactive and preventive maintenance and define workflows (SLAs) that allow an organization to hold maintenance groups accountable to their service contracts. Work requests will be managed with the Building Operations Console.

Introduction for asset managers to understand the capabilities for managing the daily operations and maintenance of assets.
Building Operations – Administration
How to manage roles, work teams and individuals involved in the maintenance and operations of assets.
Building Operations – SLA Development
Develop the automated workflows that support an efficient operations and maintenance system. Includes using the SLA Wizard.
Session 2:
Building Operations – SLA Development cont.
Develop the automated workflows that support an efficient operations and maintenance system. Includes using the SLA Wizard.
Building Operations – On Demand Work
Track the progress of jobs from generation to completion. Includes using the Building Operations Console.
Session 3:
Building Operations – Preventive Maintenance
Develop routine maintenance procedures for equipment or locations
Building Operations – Integrations
Learn where the Building Operations functionality is integrated into the rest of the Archibus suite of products, from generating work orders from assessment projects, to mobile applications which help the teams in the field perform their duties
