From January 2017 - January 2019, the Aerospace Corporation will have successfully implemented five modules in the SAAS environment, with our Business Partner JLL. We would plan to talk about each module individually and list our lessons learned as well as what change management was involved with each individual module. For example, on the Real Estate Portfolio implementation, we were able to merge 4 different spreadsheets, an access database, and QuickBooks database all into Archibus. In addition to lessons learned and change management approaches we would discuss some of our unique requirements that we were successfully able to build into the system. For example, billing for our Facilities Use Agreements within the Real Estate Module, and having to track 6 different "colors of money" on our Project Management & Capital Budgeting module. Finally, we would conclude with listing what we see as the major benefits of having a system that is seamlessly integrated across majority of our Facilities processes.
