I am the Manager of Facilities Support Services in the Facilities Management Department at Mount Royal University. My area is responsible for the administration of project requisitions and invoices; project documentation such as RFI, PCN, CO, etc; triage of requests that come in ARCHIBUS; budget reporting.
I have been involved from when ARCHIBUS was selected as the CMMS software for Mount Royal University. We have gone through implementation of Space, On Demand, Preventative Maintenance, Moves and Project Management modules. Almost two years ago we we upgrade to 23.1 and deployed the Mobile App. We are working on the Clean Building Module at the moment.
Our team is currently assisting institutions such as SAIT and Humber College as they set up their ARCHIBUS modules.
I have been an employee at Mount Royal University since 1999 – starting at the Finance Department. I have been with Facilities Management for 15 years.
