The ARCHIBUS UX (User Experience) Day is a new event ARCHIBUS, Inc. is launching in 2018.  It builds on the success of local ARCHIBUS user group activities in various countries and ARCHIBUS Nexus, the international ARCHIBUS user event organized annually in the USA. Our goal is to offer a new experience of the ARCHIBUS Ecosystem in action specifically tailored to the needs of ARCHIBUS users from Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region.

The ARCHIBUS UX Day aims to become the annual forum for users in EMEA to share experiences and best practices with ARCHIBUS experts and with their peers, get useful insights into ARCHIBUS recent and future developments, give an input into future solution enhancements and community activities and expand their professional network across borders.

Designed to foster knowledge sharing and promote peer connections within the ARCHIBUS community in EMEA, the schedule for the UX Day will comprise a mix of presentations, interactive panels, and discussions, live technology experiences, one-to-one discussions with ARCHIBUS professionals and a variety of networking moments.

User presentations will address the key priorities for technology and business, and the challenges we face in facilities, infrastructure, and real estate management and in our ARCHIBUS Ecosystem in EMEA. ARCHIBUS users will cover a variety of focused topics including business objectives such as the optimization of space management, maintenance operations, and cost management, increasing occupant well-being, meeting compliance requirements.

They will share relevant experiences to explain how tangible results were achieved working with their ARCHIBUS business partner and using technology such as the integration of Building Information Modelling, mobile deployment, and the Internet of Things with ARCHIBUS as an enabler.

The ARCHIBUS team will present the new developments in the latest releases of ARCHIBUS and what is in store for the future. On-site attendees will have the opportunity to get a hands-on experience of the latest ARCHIBUS user interface and workplace functionalities and talk to the ARCHIBUS technical, business and executive team present at the event.

During an interactive wish list session, participants will be asked to give their input into the future of the product.
The event will start with a welcome reception on November 28 in the evening and continue the next morning with a site visit at Groupe ADP’s Maison de l’Environnement to discover Groupe ADP’s initiatives to meet their corporate social responsibility and environmental sustainability goals. Bertrand Hine, real estate manager at Groupe ADP, will kick off presentations at 10:00 am on November 29.

Plenary sessions will be supported by streaming and simultaneous translation.
